Lingual 2D Appliance

Our intend was to preserve her natural good looks without ending up with a “Blocky, over whitened big white ‘Hollywood’ smile”. She also wanted an invisible brace in the upper arch. She did no want aligners.

She had irregularity of her teeth most of her life and neither her husband or herself wanted a radical change. We worked with her through treatment towards a result she was happy and which met the criteria of good medical and functional treatment.

We used a 2D lingual upper brace and a ceramic clear fixed brace for the lower teeth.

This is a wonderfully balanced approach with a naturally attractive and healthy result.
