I’ve been with FIRST Ortho for 12 years and I have always had fantastic treatment by Dr M Patel. There is a lovely ambience in the waiting room where you get to see his paintings, instruments and enjoy his favourite type of music making for a much better experience than elevator jingles. I’m always happy with the final results with my teeth and constantly get compliments on my smile. I owe it to his hard work! Thank you!

I have been going to First Ortho for a couple of years now and I remember always feeling very insecure about my teeth growing up. However, with Jay’s patience and skill in helping straighten my teeth and give me a perfect smile I had always wished for as a kid, I was able to gain a new sense of confidence I didn’t know I had. I was referred to Dr M Patel at First Ortho for my brace work back in my teenage years, I’m now in my thirties and still have a beautiful straight smile that I owe to his perfectionist work and skilled treatment. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend First Ortho. I waited until I was in my thirties to have orthodontic treatment because I was concerned about having braces later in life. Mr Patel recommended the Invisalign braces because I was anxious to keep them hidden behind my teeth. The result was fantastic and I only wish that I hadn’t waited so long to start the treatment. That was over ten years ago and the follow up care has ensured that my teeth remain as good as they were when I finished the treatment. Professional, excellent service and most importantly Mr Patel takes the time to treat everyone as an individual.

Dr Patel has provided orthodontic treatment for my 3 children with outstanding outcomes. All of their teeth and jaws are now aligned perfectly and their bites have been corrected flawlessly. Dr Patel has been kind and able to put the kids at ease, professional and a true expert and leader in his field. He always has time for you. My teenage daughter has been coming here for fixed braces. I feel like we’re in expert hands. Appointments have been prompt and pleasant. And the orthodontics seem to be going quickly – we’ll be done sooner than expected! Practical stuff like the fact that there’s on-street parking outside (pay by app) helps too.
